Great and HONEST service.. was direct with me about the issues with my truck and even walked me thru the service book that said it wasn't something that could have a lasting fix.. rare to see this level of honesty.. Great place!

Appreciate the thorough work done on our vehicle. I trust that the team at Mountainside will only recommend necessary repair or maintenance items. They discovered a potentially deadly problem on our vehicle before it was too late. Jeep should issue a recall but at least we have the peace of mind knowing it is now safe to drive. Thank you Brad.

I had taken my car to another local mechanic who gave me an incorrect diagnostic for my car. They said there might be an engine issue, so they referred me to Mountainside. The mechanics at mountainside found an oil leak, which the other shop overlooked. It potentially saved me thousands of dollars. Everyone was professional and easy to talk with. They are our new mechanic shop for all my cars and my extended families cars.

First time customer at Mountainside. Very good service. They performed alot of repairs to my old F250. Brad explained everything thoroughly with me. They treated my beater truck with great care and concern like I was their most important customer. I have never had that experience with most other auto repair shops. Great customer service. I'll definitely be going back.

They were fantastic, from the minute a was just a person to when, I became a customer all the way up to when my vehicle was complete. In today’s world, a lot of people can do the job, But there’s not a lot of customer service anymore, The customer service is hands-down the best at any auto shop I’ve been to.
