I went in for a quote on doing the Guibo on my car. I asked for a quote on doing a Guibo for my car. I was told I'd need to bring it in, I brought it in and they charged me 100 bucks for an inspection I didn't ask for. Terrible buisness practice. When I brought it up I was told "No shop does free inspections." Not true at all. My usual shop in Beaverton gives free inspections all the time. I wanted to save time and money by going local and I wanted to go to a nice place to do it. Bad idea. I asked for a quote on a problem I had already identified. I did not ask for an inspection. I'd love a refund but Mark made sure that'll never happen.
