Used to be a great place. Now they blow smoke and claim you need an oil change, even though you know damn well you changed the oil only a week before. I apparently also needed a coolant flush and spark plugs and air filters etc. Was quoted $3,300 in "necessary" repairs when all I wanted was a diagnosis of an exhaust. They got bought out recently and can't be trusted anymore. Do not go unless you wanna get scammed.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that you feel disappointed, and we’d like to clear up a few points to ensure there’s no misunderstanding. The individual who brought the vehicle in authorized us to perform a full multi-point inspection. As part of that process, we document all findings and provide photos so customers can see exactly what our technicians are seeing. We then provide estimates for any items that may need attention, this is not a requirement to purchase repairs, but simply information so you know what to expect down the road. If any questions had been asked about priority or urgency, we would have been happy to explain which items were most important and why. Regarding the oil recommendation: the oil was visibly dark at the time of inspection, which can indicate either that it has not been changed recently or that there may be an underlying issue causing it to degrade quickly. Without additional context from the customer, we make recommendations based on the condition we observe. We understand how it might feel overwhelming to receive a list of suggested services, but our intention is always to be transparent, not to pressure or “upsell.” We’re committed to honesty and clarity, and we welcome the chance to review any recommendations or answer any questions you may have directly. If you’d like to discuss this further, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’d be glad to go through the inspection with you step-by-step. Thank you.
