My car stopped suddenly stopped driving in the middle of a highway. After pulling over and looking at the oil, I wasn’t hopeful. The oil was mis-colored and thick. I got a tow to impact auto in battle ground, even though they were closed. By the next day they called and set up an appointment to do a diagnostic on my car. They called and told me what the initial diagnosis found. Brad, didn’t mince his words or make empty promises. Giving both his personal and professional opinions, that it was fixable but it would be expensive and they wouldn’t know the extent of the damage until the work order was approved and taking things apart. They were patient while I made my decision for a couple days and was completely supportive when I decided to decline the work order, and pay for the diagnosis. Brad also offered me his professional advice on which cars SUVs to consider when I went on the hunt for another car. From customer service to the mechanic I was thoroughly impressed and relieved with how well they communicated with me and didn’t take advantage of me either. They are the first auto shop in years that I didn’t feel scared to step through the door of.
