I am so grateful for Brad and Melissa! Their team is amazing. Brad found some major issues on my jeep and had it repaired in record time. Plus they were open late to allow me to pick it up after work. I highly recommend them!

Replaced two wheel bearings at an mostly reasonable rate. Work done in 2 days, kept in loop on progress. Found employees friendly and helpful. Would consider using them again. Only negative was how tax was added to receipt.

Went for brakes but added tire rotation and oil change. 4 stars due to cost. Maybe it was ok pricing but seemed high. We are used to doing things ourselves so that was a bit rough. Service was good. They did not try to oversell me things that I didn’t need. Was nice to have the free overall inspection with pics because they found things I didn’t know about that I need to keep an eye on and be more aware of.

Great and HONEST service.. was direct with me about the issues with my truck and even walked me thru the service book that said it wasn't something that could have a lasting fix.. rare to see this level of honesty.. Great place!

Appreciate the thorough work done on our vehicle. I trust that the team at Mountainside will only recommend necessary repair or maintenance items. They discovered a potentially deadly problem on our vehicle before it was too late. Jeep should issue a recall but at least we have the peace of mind knowing it is now safe to drive. Thank you Brad.

I had taken my car to another local mechanic who gave me an incorrect diagnostic for my car. They said there might be an engine issue, so they referred me to Mountainside. The mechanics at mountainside found an oil leak, which the other shop overlooked. It potentially saved me thousands of dollars. Everyone was professional and easy to talk with. They are our new mechanic shop for all my cars and my extended families cars.
