I was very pleased with the work on our brakes. The prices were very fair. I would recommend Mark's work to anyone.

We had something weird going on with our Suburban's instrument cluster; and then the Check Engine light came on as well (and then went off again) so we finally took it in. Mark ran through some tests; he reset the cluster and replace something that the Check Engine light had indicated. His service was fast; he checked with us on what he was doing before he did it so we could approve the charges; and at least so far everything is working well. Since we had some weird stuff going on, we'll need a little time to see if if it's all settled down, but I liked Mark's thoroughness, prompt attention to the car, and his follow through. We'll be using him again when needed.

This is the second vehicle I have had Mark work on. Had a busted starter bolt that he removed and installed all three new bolts. Even though the busted bolt caused a little damage to the starter housing he was still able to torque it down correctly thus saving the cost of a new starter. I was an automotive store manager for years. I know a good shop when I see one. Mark I highly recommend for the following reasons, communicates clearly, quality work and completed on time.
