The service at Mountainside is fast and courteous. They have done work on my vehicle a couple of times now and it has been completed in the time frame they promised. If they find a problem, they contact you before doing anything extra. I feel good knowing they are respectful of my time and finances.

It seems to be harder and harder to find a auto repair shop that's honest and works for the customer and not themselves. Mountianside is one of those rare shops, I would recommend them to everyone.

Mountainside auto is the only place I'll take my vehicles! Fast, convenient and excellent service sums up all of my visits.

mark stopped everything to look at my car...gave me an appointment for 7 am the next day, fixed it in 25 minutes and wouldn't let me pay for it. great job. great service. I'll be back with both of my vehicles. Thanks

Great job I trust Mark and his word.

Mark was able to take my car the morning I called for regular maintenance. He told me about a couple things that needed attention, like a bad battery and dirty transmission fluid, but didn’t pressure me to do it right away. (I did, though.) I know my ‘06 car has been well cared for up until now, and, being new to the area, I’m glad to find a mechanic who I feel I can trust.

Mark is both a talented mechanic and an honest businessman. Hard to go wrong in entrusting the care, maintenance and service of your vehicle to Mark.

I was very pleased with the knowledge of Mark. The drains on my sun roof were plugged, so my sunroof was leaking. That is scary. He unplugged them no problem. Everything that was done on my truck took one day. I’m very happy with Mountain side auto. I will go back.
